I won’t beat around the bush: it’s been exactly 5 years since our map “Across The Time 2 – Time for Regrets” was released, and to celebrate this milestone we’ve prepared a big surprise for you.
Sure, we would have preferred to deliver the gift today, but you can’t imagine how huge what’s coming is, and how much work it requires.
For months now, we’ve been working on an update with “Zhubi” and other community members who actively contributed in their own way, such as “Grenier”, “Orian”, “IImorII”, and “PumpKing”.
This won’t be a simple update, but a complete overhaul and deep improvement of every possible gameplay aspect, along with a massive amount of added content. It’s literally the biggest update ever made for the map, almost a remaster.
All these new features were built thanks to, and specifically for, the latest version of Minecraft, which allowed us to develop elements that were previously impossible to implement.
We hope that longtime fans of “Across The Time” won’t be too unsettled by these changes, because even with all the gameplay improvements, we’re doing everything we can to preserve the map’s immersive experience.
So without further delay, but without revealing too much either, here are a few images showcasing some of the new features and improvements. (Note: what you see is not necessarily final, more changes will be made) :

We hope you’ll enjoy what’s coming. We had hoped to deliver this new version today, but updating everything to the latest versions of Minecraft completely shook the map’s code and required an enormous amount of time.
On the other hand, taking our time isn’t a bad thing, since we’ll also be gathering feedback and suggestions during the testing phase to polish everything further.
As you can guess, we’re not able to give a precise release date, but one thing is certain: the year 2026 will mark a new era for “Across The Time 2 – Time for Regrets”.
